The staff here were super friendly and always willing to help, no matter the time of day. 🌟 the location was excellent, just a quick 5-minute stroll to the Central Market. It's really convenient and can't be beaten!

The location here was awesome - it was right by the movies and lots of great places to eat, which made everything super convenient.

It was good stay, I truly enjoyed amazing food.

The hotel had a central location and it was just close to a shopping mall. I was there for 4 nights and ate at non-smoking restaurant for dinner...

The staff were friendly and helpful.the hotel was clean and well appointed with a breath taking view We ate at the evening buffet once, the food was plentyful and very enjoyable with a good selection of national and western dishes exelant value at 58 rm++..All in All our visit exeeded our expectations and we would highly recomend this hotel =

The whole experience was very very good. We enjoyed rooms for sunset. All of the staff was professional and attentive to guests. The breakfast was rich, the check in was easy. Besides, there was parking on-site. Its location just a short stroll away from a historic house museum was strategic and comfy.

Didn't like the area, it was not very good.

The room was beautifully decorated and soundproof with a TV set, two big windows, and storage space. It had a perfect location very close to the waterfront in the centre of town and offered great views from all sides. There was a local restaurant on-site.

Everything is as expected from the Sheraton chain of hotel. Its a new hotel amidst the old Sandakan town facing the Sulu Sea and the nearby wet matket. Facilities are excellent. Staff are kind and always attentive. Room was spacious, swimming pool is nice and warm.

Parking for guest are not provided at the hotel. We have to park at the Harbour Mall and the carpark is at level 5, which means we have to drive up a small, narrow, 5-storey spiral driveway. At the top, we all feel dizzy from the drive-up. The horror repeats each time we exit the carpark too. We can see lots of scratch marks at the side of the wall from some unlucky drivers. Luckily it was only RM2.00 per entry. On weekends, the streets below are super busy as the locals go out and do their weekly shopping. So no hope of parking down at the street level. We stayed for 4 nights so at breakfast, we noticed it was the same selection day after day.

The staff, especially the Doorman, were professional and welcoming. the rooms were nicely furnished. the hotel's location was convenient, with Crystal Quest nearby. Additionally, there is a shopping mall and the Sunday market within walking distance of the hotel.

for the first time , i was able to claim back my personal belonging i have left in the hotel. so far, if i leave any personal belonging, the hotel staff would say that they have not seen anything ..... keep it up ... trustworthy hotel...

The new built shopping mall just next to the hotel, and it has a private corridor just specially designed for the hotel customers. Just simply love it!

The parking place is extreme where you need to keep turning to the 5th floor lol

Convenient Location 📍

This place is perfectly situated, only a short 10-15 minute leisurely walk away from a fascinating historic house museum.

Staff, including the General Manager, were all VERY friendly and very kind. Breakfast was fabulous, and the hotel is near new so very luxurious. The BEST in town.
